Her customer service is what sold me on signing a lease - She really shows that she cares about the residents who live here. The buildings are super quiet even with many dogs living on the property! My 3rd floor balcony is very spacious and the building is located close to parks and trails. The management team has communicated promptly and have been available to answer any questions or address any concerns. Dennis who is in charge of maintenance is pleasant, professional, and gets things taken care of swiftly upon request. Living at this property has made moving to a brand new city much more comforting.”

“We worked with Artan and he was so friendly and helpful. The apartment was really clean and a lot of square footage for the money. The grounds were beautiful and they have a really nice fitness center and pool. We loved that garage parking was included and the apartment overlooked a nature preserve across the street. We also loved that they painted and replaced carpets between tenants and that the kitchen and living area had laminate flooring. You can also walk to a few restaurants on Fish Hatchery, which is a plus. We, unfortunately did not end up moving in due to a job offer in another state but Artan was completely understanding and helpful throughout the process. I highly recommend this property! Working with them was a pleasure!”

“I’ve been living here since August 2019 and have absolutely loved it. We had some continuing issues with a neighbor, but management was always responsive to the concerns and really took the time to make us feel at ease. Daniel, one of the leasing agents, is hands down our favorite person in the world! He talks to us like we’re friends, not just tenants, and is such a joy to be around. I also really appreciate Amanda, the property manager, who has more than accommodated our requests and concerns, and always responds quickly to emails. It is dog friendly, so there are quite a few of them, but you can’t fault the property for the way others handle their dogs’ behavior. Amenities are wonderful and really sealed the deal for us moving from the downtown area, as the same property there would cost double. 10/10 recommend 1GP!”

“Been here for 6 months. Overall nice place to live. The groundskeepers are so nice and helpful, many live in the apartments as well. Every time I've had an issue they've fixed it within 24 hrs. Parking is on-site and I've never had issues finding a spot. The gym is nice, regularly used, and clean. They put in a new dog exercise area this summer. It's a nice addition, but sadly the other tenants don't care to pick up after their dogs. Package holding and pickup is great security. Whoever answers my emails isn't so friendly or helpful. The tennis courts don't have nets, which is perplexing. You pay for all amenities except heat. Experiences here seem to be variable and almost dependent on the building and other tenants. My building is generally very quiet and laundry is never an issue. My biggest issue is the cleanliness of the other tenants in my building.”

“I cannot say enough great words about these apartments and the management here. We are new residents and have been absolutely floored with our experience here. We had to move urgently during the pandemic and felt like we were escaping an unlivable apartment with a dreadful company. We found what looked like a perfect apartment here at the Lafayette, but we were unable to see it. Within 24 hours, Grace from Lafayette let us know what was available and we scheduled a video call so she could show us the apartment. She showed us everything she could and showed us the unit via video while filling us in on the amenities that were closed. She was honest, helpful, genuine and welcoming. Sight unseen, we signed the lease and booked our move for a month away. Days later, a garage fire in our old apartment building pushed us to move 3 weeks earlier and we asked if we could move earlier, like 6 days notice and Grace made it happen, adjusted our lease dates and Bridget was able to socially distance and give me keys, even on a holiday. Since we have moved, Bridget, Grace, Andrea and the Lafayette community have welcomed us to an incredible living experience and beautiful community. The amenities are everything we could want -- a yoga studio, fitness center, rooftop lounge, clubhouse with activities, pool, hot tub. We are blown away by how quickly the management team responds to our emails and their willingness to support residents. The pricing is fair, the apartment is beautiful, our lives have been drastically improved by moving here. The location is excellent, the quiet of the area is a blessing, the community here is unbeatable. I wish we had moved in sooner and I look forward to living here for many years.”
