“This is the Pancheros closest to my house, so it's the one we've been to the most over the years. Before the pandemic, I used to go in person quite often for takeout, but it's still a solid delivery option, especially via the Pancheros app. Burritos are tasty, many ingredients are fresh each time, especially of course the tortilla (it's kind of the Pancheros' selling point). Not a ton to say. Noteworthy for delivery purposes: the orders always seem to be correct, made quickly, and delivered promptly, which is a major plus.”

Since the merger between T-Mobile and Sprint is currently going on, there were a few bumps along the way with getting new lines activated on her account. I worked with Evan G. and a few others and the service they provided was above and beyond expectations. When the store didn't have Sprint SIM cards, he called around to other stores in the region and an employee (I believe named Tyler, but could be mistaken) went immediately to go pick them up as they were needed for the activation. After spending quite a few hours on this, we ended up getting everything settled. The customer service provided by the employees was what kept me from bailing out of the switch, since it was a pain.”

Yesterday I placed an online order and told them I was hoping to receive it quickly because it was for my cat who was recently diagnosed with cancer. They actually put it on their delivery truck that same day and I received it (with no shipping charges) a couple of hours after ordering! Now THAT’S some awesome customer service! The inside of the chalupa was honestly the best I've ever seen—a beautiful blend of ingredients at the most perfect ratios; it couldn't be better. The shell however was not crispy. My only criticism. As Mr. Krab once said, "Ravioli, ravioli make the shell crispioli." Or whatever.”
