(August 16, 2019, 7:53 pm)I am a first-time crossfitter and have really enjoyed my time at CrossFit DeForest so far! The trainers are very kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. The studio has a great atmosphere and everyone has been very welcoming. Plus, the Couch-to-Crossfit program is very affordable and is a great way to get introduced to the program.
