“The Rock is an amazing place and worth the short hike. Given the great views from the top, the hike up is not that bad. When you return a second time, be sure to do the hike from the other trailhead, or make it a loop which will require some walking along Cty V to return to your vehicle. Between the two routes to the top, there's an old paved roadway and that makes a third route, less visited than the two trails. You may get some close views of turkey vultures or hawks at the viewpoints.”

“Meister's is absolutely amazing! They had quoted tree removal on my fathers property last summer. When I had inquired about it for this summer, they honored the quote and kept their word on the work needing to be done without any hesitation. When I saw the work completed, the job was done so well you can't even tell there were trees removed, unbelievable! They are very customer service orientated and do a fantastic job! “Obviously the ice cream is the main attraction, and for good reason! So many cool and tasty flavors. BUT THE PIZZA is wayyy to good for it be served here! NY style crust, light and crispy! We had the Chicken Bacon Ranch and it was one of the better pizzas I have had in a while! I saw the ovens and knew it was going be good, but it was great! 15ish min wait for the pizza, enough time to watch the ferry go down and back a few times! They also have a great area out back of the shop with chairs and yard games and really cool surfboard tables overlooking the river! Had a great time hanging out back and playing cornhole! Will be back for pizza and maybe ice cream too!”

“Perfect hike for our family of 5 (3 kids ages 4, 6, and 8). 45 min from parking to the top. Just a little steep hiking right near the end, so as soon as the whining started we were already at the summit! Caution though: STEEP DROP OFFS at the top. Fantastic views, but really need to monitor children closely.”

“The place is great for kids! My kids met a great new friend group and run around all day. They have great drinks and food. There is a little store where there is candy, soda, live bait, toys, some food and tools. The staff there is wonderful and so kind to all. It also has a fun park for the kids. Also they have rentable gulf carts to drive around in. Great place really recomend!”
