“Posting as a returning guest at Doug’s wonderful Trade River Retreat Center. This place keeps calling me back - wonderfully nestled in the woods, alongside the Trade River peace and tranquility abound and I always leave feeling inspired. I love the fully furnished kitchen where I can prepare gourmet meals for myself, or for friends. Bedding is cozy and the decor speaks of a world well traveled. Make sure to try the espresso machine which makes mornings decadent - enjoy your morning cup on the deck or screened in porch and listen to the river passing by. I have come up with some of my best ideas here. This place is pure delight!”

“Took over the family cabin and discovered the floor needed some work. Called my local contractor in Hudson and they recommended I contact Mark Miller because of his reputation. I fully understand why, now! He did incredible work. He is actively involved with giving a good product. My floor had to be completely replaced. While he did that, he installed floor heating, repaired numerous issues that should have been done years ago. Mark is worth every bit he charges. He stands by his word and his product. I do not see a reason to use anyone else. He is worth the wait to get on his schedule.”
