“Between thorough animal care and patient/pleasant customer service, the employees at Elm Grove have made it one of the best facilities I’ve visited since moving to my area 7 years ago and am happy to have returning services to, so much so that willingly drive an hour to get there! They have been flexible with me and my scheduling needs to be able to obtain the care and follow ups for my animals. The staff is very friendly and personable with each client and while they seemingly have a sea of customer/animal client base, they seem to remember who is who which leaves out the potential of any chart to client mismatch. I’ve only been here a few times since I’ve started using them as my vet a couple months ago, but each time I go, they never fail to provide fast and great care/service to me and my animals. As a bonus; the prices are phenomenal in comparison to other places and they take the guess work out of needed emergency services from day one as they’ve already done the work to obtain a whole page worth of emergency animal clinics in a 3 hour radius of their facility complete with names, addresses, and contact information. I highly recommend Elm Grove for their services!! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟”

“Best. Vet. Ever. My puppy mill dog has had allergies most of her life. I took her to Dr. Doyle, and she had the problem fixed within a matter of a few appointments. Her holistic approach to vet medicine is refreshing and it works. It may seem quirky to some, but I can't dispute results. We've spent thousands on other vets over the years and none have ever helped. Our baby's fur is back and she's no longer digging herself up. Mass produced food is absolutely terrible for pets - there's no real regulations as to what goes into them so they have all kinds of unpleasant nasties in them. There's no excuse for laziness & cheapness - either buy the proper dog food or make it. You wouldn't give your child junk food all day, so why do it to your dog? She's a no nonsense kind of woman. She gets straight to the point. She's not rude - she's blunt and will tell you how it is. She won't sugarcoat the truth or powder your butt. She has your pet's best interests at heart. If you can't handle someone like that? The problem is with you. Not her. I'm glad she got us holistic recipes - our dogs are happier and healthier thanks to Dr. Doyle. They're down to the proper weight, more energetic, and they look better than ever.”

“First of all they were very accommodating on our schedule. Second of all they were very prompt getting us back and helping me with our three dogs. The vet technicians were all very professional and accommodating. The veterinarian, and technicians were very clear in explaining the medication and our options. All the pets were calm and relaxed throughout. Lastly they called and let me know they had sent prescriptions to our pharmacy and gave us no issues. I really do appreciate the flexibility there. Thank you truly. Oh and the pricing was reasonable considering the level of professionalism and service.”
