“Amazing and caring staff here! Very very on top of all medical needs & you actually physically see & talk to a Nurse Practitioner every single day you are there! As well as video appointments with a therapist weekly if not more! Very clean environment & living space! Smoke breaks hourly! Detox is rough but I see why they do it the way they do! Group meetings all day long, 8am-930pm every single day(some learning, some music, some games, some coloring or journaling, some patient picks, and some therapeutic)meal breaks(3-30 minute meals) & smoke breaks every 10 til the hour! Lots to drink, healthy snacks, you keep your cellphone on you at all times!! State provides meals, snacks, drinks, cigarettes(yes smokes), transportation, hygiene, medication, and even clothing or shoes if you have none!!! I met the most amazing & the most kind hearted people at this place! Thank you Northwoods and thank you STACEY for helping me get into Rehab as fast as you did! 5-7 people within 2-3 days she got placed! Thank you everyone for your kindness while I was in such an emotional and fragile state I was in & being new to that type of assistance! Prayers I never have to come again but will choose your facility if I have to 1,000 times over!!!”

“I should start by saying Dr. Stoehr quite literally saved my life. I had a ruptured ectopic pregnancy and Dr. Stoehr happened to be the doctor on-call for my emergency surgery. Even though it was the middle of the night, she came in, introduced herself and explained the procedure. She was kind and caring and answered all of my questions. Following the surgery, I switched to her office to have her as my regular OB/GYN. I have since had multiple appointments and I cannot say enough about her office. Everyone is so nice and helpful- from the receptionist, nurses and PAs. I have asked questions via the patient portal and received prompt responses, when I call the office they give me a call back. I feel like she is extremely thorough. With every test/procedure she takes the time to explain what is going to happen and gives me a chance to ask questions. I have had appointments with her PA as well, and she is also very kind and knowledgeable. After being "brushed off" by my previous doctor I genuinely believe Dr. Stoehr and her staff truly LISTEN. I would absolutely recommend her.”

“Yesterday we had a memorial service for my father-in-law, Bruce D. Smith, at Burke Chapel in Warwood. From the very start the staff at Kepner made sure we were taken care of. -We live an hour and a half away, so they allowed us to make all of the arrangements without meeting in person. -They took care of everything: transporting the body, arranging military honours, making sure the obituary was printed, and even contacting the cemetery on our behalf. -Funerals and related services are expensive, but Kepner staff never tried to sell or upsell. When we changed our mind about purchasing an item, they were understanding and exceptionally kind. -The staff worked hard to helpful without being intrusive. We felt supported without feeling overrun. -We were offered guidance when we requested it, but when we didn't, we were allowed to set things up in the way that best worked for us. The freedom allowed us to work within the bounds of our grief and beliefs. -I know it seems small, but due to an illness that doesn't allow me to regulate heat/cold very well (I don't sweat, for instance), I became very warm. The staff adjusted the temperature settings without hesitation. I became comfortable and could focus on the service. -This is the 3rd service I've experienced at Kepner, though the 1st I've been involved in organizing. The quality and compassion are consistently high. We have even had a beloved pet cremated through Kepner, and that, too, was an experience of the same caliber. We are very thankful for the care, respect, and compassion shown to my father-in-law, to us, and to those who came for the service. It was a hard time made easier by people who really cared.”

Half of the pieces had defects at one side or both, but for the price you can just buy 16 footers and cut off the bad ends and still pay less than half at what you would pay at the big box stores. I will definitely buy here again”

“I was extremely nervous as I’ve never had a root canal before. Dr. Robertson and his staff are amazing. He was very patient with me, explained everything and his staff was very comforting. The root canal..pain free!! I didn’t feel a thing. If I ever need a dental procedure in the future, I’ll be sure to call Dr. Robertson.”

“We had our church picnic there this summer. Very clean park. Plenty of parking. Nice play ground for the kids. Basketball, horseshoes, miniature golf. The shelter which is rented out is very large with plenty of picnic table seating. Extra large BBQ pit and basic kitchen area. Also a volleyball net beside the shelter. Walking path also encircled the park so if you want to walk off your meal, you have the opportunity. Would recommend visiting.”
