Not only is it beautiful with 2 awesome golf courses, an outstanding sports and recreation center, a fun and vibrant clubhouse, and some of the funnest and nicest people we have known. We have made more new friends than in any other place we have ever lived. This is a rock solid community that is a rare find in today’s fast moving world. “Love this place! Have taken classes on wild edible plants, tracking, fishing, and had a blast at mountain craft festival. All great people that really know their stuff. I learn a ton every time, always enjoy hanging out at the property, and appreciate that they skip some of the BS that other schools try to use to lend credibility (like quoting Tom brown Jr books or military survival guides at you) By far the best school of its kind in the area, enough so that I keep making the 3 hour trip from Pittsburgh. Hope to take more classes here this year!”

“The location & free breakfast made this a economical & convenient choice, but the fact that it's pet-friendly (with minimal fee) had us sold. Plus, the front desk service was exceptional!! Checking in at 8pm without a reservation was a breeze. After traveling all day, it was such a joy to be greeted by a smiling, friendly face. We would definitely stay here again!”

“Nice quiet community, but the ground rent is high at over $300 a month which doesn't include much. Trash pickup and all utilities are separate. The higher ground rent has its perks though as it keeps most the extreme bottom feeder thieves out of the park. Lane is also marked as Private which is very nice!”
