“Before you go and leave some nasty review, have a chat with the employees here. If you speak to them like they’re humans (shocker they are instead of your prescription hand servants) they are all actually extremely sweet. The amount of comments here calling them incompetent is disgusting.These people are filling over 5000 prescriptions a week! You are not their only patient! If you don’t see anyone else in the store that suddenly means your prescription is the only one they’re working on? Golden rule- if you give respect you shall receive respect! I have never seen more adults act like such children than when I shop there for my meds and unfortunately I’m there a lot. These people get called curse words and everything else. It’s terrible that people act this way. I’ve also found out that target in the commons also has cvs pharmacy inside which isn’t nearly as busy if you don’t like them so much go there! Shout out to some of the staff by the way, they’ve always helped me every time— Kisha, Kendra, Rachel, Heather (both of you dollbabys), Josh, and Amber. I hope one of the employees sees this review and it brightens their day I’ve also called corporate and commended you. May God Bless all the employees here!”

“I happened to be in the area, called last minute with true pain issue and R was gracious enough to bring me in. The shop may appear small in photo but it is nicely kept and professional. R worked on me and found problem areas before I mentioned them. Her hands were like smooth glass caressing and manipulating areas of concern. I will definitely be rebooking with her when I head back up.”

“I love this place! Dr Richardson and the Dental Assistants are SO nice and friendly! Dr Richardson has spent a lot of time and energy making my mouth healthy and my teeth look MUCH better after having not been to a dentist in over 10 years and having a lot of erosion on my front top 6 teeth. And the 2 extractions he did didn't hurt at all, during or after! I LOVE my new smile! Thank you dr Richardson!”

“I’ve had multiple appointments with the Martinsburg location and I’ve been very impressed with the staff and physicians very time. I’m taken care of and bottom line up front, my pain is diminishing without the use of medications not that they don’t have their place, but it’s not the avenue i wanted to pursue nor was it pushed. If you want genuine care by genuine people, i would recommend Martinsburg location as the first place you look to.”

“It took a while to develop a good Dr./Patient relationship with Dr. Lee but we finally managed to get there. I truly believe he cares about people and has compassion and listens. He will try a wide variety of therapies to help you. The office staff is very friendly and helpful and I usually do not have to wait longer than 10 to 15 minutes.”

“Dr Shanna is in an amazing pediatrician. She has told me that she never went into Pediatrics to make money she did it because she loves children. If I could give her a hundred gold stars I would! Both my children have been patients of hers for over 4 years. your office provides everything from sick visits to well visits to vaccinations. Her staff is super friendly and have been with her for a long time so you know everybody on a personal basis. Her nurse Ashley is also wonderful! I recommend her office to everyone!”
