“Dr. Purdee and her team have taken excellent care of my dog Lydia and my cat Raisin, both for routine care and getting us in for emergencies. Everyone that I have encountered there are absolute super stars when it comes to understanding worried pet parents and handling them (me!) with the ultimate kindness. The level of medicine practiced by all the vets and technicians here is unparalleled and I can't recommend them highly enough! Don't be swayed by people who have difficulty with changed hospital ownership or complain about prices (isn't that always what a negative review is about?). I don't think the prices are any different than any other vet hospital in the area. They are always very professional, skilled, knowledgeable, and compassionate. What more could I ask for?”

I never feel rushed or a bother to call in with any questions I have. Many places you feel judged or like you're bothering someone...not this place! They always hVe my pets health front of mind and are thorough in explaining why something is going on and provide many different options to you. It's obvious they care about their clients! “I have been a patient (rather my pets have) of Alpine View Veterinary Hospital for many years. Recently, I had to take my little Boston Terrier Holly to Alpine View Vets. The care she has received has been absolutely exceptional!! The whole staff is wonderful and really kind!! They have been treating her as if she was their own!!! Dr. Rita and Dr. Crestin have been so kind to both of us. Holly has been the perfect patient. They treat me absolutely exceptional too. With care like we've gotten, I WILL NOT go anywhere else!!!! “Dr. Heather is awesome! Explains everything in detail and answers questions before you even ask. The staff at their office are nice and friendly as well, always willing to help and make sure you're taken care of. Dr. Heather and assistant came out to our lil farm, gotta love the house calls for the horses! Way easier than trailering them in! Both horses got their teeth floated and I swear, this time it was done correctly since I've owned her!! She normally drops grain when eating cuz she's a greedy lil thing with her grain, but this time after Dr. Heather's visit, she dropped minimal grain!!”

“The staff are all extremely helpful and caring, including the reception/admins. They pay attention and remember things about thwir customers and naturally make effort. They do their best successfully to get you an appointment when you need one. Dr. Fry performed a physical exam of my 4 year old golden retriever when she was sick and was able to identify that her lymph nodes were inflamed, even though it didn't seem relevant. She made the decision to biopsy to be safe and ended up saving my girl's life, as although she was very young, she was positive for Lymphoma and wouldn't have made it if we hadn't caught it and started chemo right away with an Oncologist. Highly recommend this vet office and am so happy to have a reliable and trustworthy vet for my babies. Thank you!”

“Nothing but good things to say about Dr. Stacy. She cared for our elderly kitty for over a year with acupuncture for his pancreatitis. My first thought was, "What? Acupuncture for my cat?" It truly did wonders for him though, and I'm thankful that we got another happy year with him. When it was time to say goodbye to Eddie recently, Dr. Stacy gave us a kind and peaceful at-home euthanasia. In my opinion, this is the best way to say goodbye to your fur-kids. Less stress for all involved. Thank you Dr. Stacy, for what you do for our community. The pets appreciate it as well. The dogs look forward to your care, going forward. :-P”

“I absolutely love this place! They took such good care of my cat Merlin. They sent me photos everyday, and kept me in the loop with how he was doing. I was very nervous at first, being this is the first time I was ever boarding my cat, but they answered all my questions and totally put me at ease. What I love even more, is that a vet is running the facility and if anything ever goes wrong, or something happens, there was a vet next door. I for sure would recommend this place to any first time boarding parent and will continue to bring back my fur baby when we go out of town! Here is a photo of him getting love while we were away, and the bill. Free cuddles and snuggle are our favorite!”

“Last week we brought my Chihuahua named Chewy here because she was suffering from heart failure. The shorter asain woman came RUNNING to me at the front door and quick as she could took Chew into the back. We were then brought to a private room within minutes and then called by the head Vet there. She was very compassionate. She clearly explained the facts, and her opinion of the choices we had to make for my dog. We ended up choosing euthanasia. Even though my heart is broken, I am so thankful we came here and not Diamond or some other place. The people here at VCA are incredible and they did all they could, and in the long run I will come back here in the future. I'll also be recommending anyone with an animal emergency come here first if they have an opening. Call ahead because if your pet is in dire straights, they will make room if they are able. Like they did for us that day. Thanks for your hard work and love! 😺 🐕”
