Making it difficult for anyone attending a last rites service, to safely cross after parking their vehicles on the side of this busy street (with a small hill!) “This week I had the need for an emergency boarding of a family member's 2 large dogs. Two days before a holiday weekend, Kat(owner), took my call, said she could help and guided me through what I needed to do to get them prepared and into the facility. When I arrived this morning to a bustling lobby, Kat and her staff calmly assisted me and their regular clients get checked in swiftly and accurately. Recently, I have personally experienced and have heard other's woes about a lack of customer service with various businesses as everyone is short staffed and struggling these days; so when I experienced a company that was so willing to go out of their way and out of normal process to assist me in a time of need I wanted to make sure that I shared my experience. Oh and the facility is clean, and lovely I will sing their praises and return myself in the future. Thank you Kat and staff for your kindness and professionalism, you truly don't know how it has helped me.”

“Every town I visit I include a stop at a cemetery. You can tell alot about the residents by how well maintained the local cemetery is kept. Happy to say that Edmonds is one of my new favs. I guess finding out that the first house built in Edmonds is at the corner where Clare's Restaurant (formerly Pantry) now stands. “Recently, we experienced the death of a young child. Though every death that occurs in your life causes grief and sorrow; the unexpected death of a toddler rocks you to your core. We felt helpless and useless. The decision on where to lay this wonderful little child to rest was extremely difficult. Purdy & Walter's at Floral Hills was very helpful and understanding. They made the process as smooth as possible. The staff at Floral Hills took great care of the family. They went above and beyond the call of duty to ease the strain on this grieving family.
