Cady Park

Address: 51 Maple Ave, Snohomish, WA 98290, USA

Park

“Cady Landing Park, 40 Maple Avenue — Edson Cady, born around 1828, named this place. In the 1950s, the Snohomish Sportsmen Club rigged a rudimentary boat launch for access to the river, improved upon over the years until 2021, when the Pilchuck Julia boat launch was dedicated upstream. It’s a lovely recreation place. The trail was very good”

Centennial Trailhead At Machias Park

Address: 1626 Virginia St, Snohomish, WA 98290, USA

Park

“I like Centennial Trail over Burke Gilman and Sammamish River trail because of less traffic and quiet in woods. This spot, Machias Trailhead, is located between Snohomish and Arlington Trailhead. I usually stop here for using a restroom and refilling water. We bike there on 6/3, 2023. The water fountain was not working. I hope it will be fixed soon.”

Lord Hill Regional Park South Parking Lot

Address: 13823 Old Tester Rd, Snohomish, WA 98290, USA

Parking Park

“It's a beautiful park for sure. My family did a smaller loop, starting from this south parking lot, and we loved the trail. But like the others had mentioned, the last part of the trail is very steep. I'll definitely come back to this park, but next time I'm going to explore from the north parking lot to see if it's any better from there. I'd love to come back here with my parents, but I know I won't because of the last part of the trail. :(”

“Beautiful park. Hard to find. Has large fields. Trails to walk. Water is low enough to get down to the beach area as of Sept 2022. Usually is too high. Some graffiti around but good sight lines unless you go down to the water.”

Doggone Day Spaw, LLC

Address: 21215 107th St SE, Snohomish, WA 98290, USA

Park Health

“I am the proud steward of a beautiful golden retriever. He's a really big boy, not in weight but in size. As a senior I noticed that his hips were starting to bother him. I have him on supplements but opted to add water therapy. Had anyone told me that one treatment would have made such a difference, I would never have believed it. One hour of swimming with Vonni's magic touch and he already is experiencing relief.. this is without a doubt the best thing I have ever done. She is an angel and I have seen how all her 4 legged friends love her as well. She is a blessing for those dogs who need relief without all the medication.”

Bob Heirman Wildlife Park at Thomas' Eddy

Address: 14913 Connelly Rd, Snohomish, WA 98296, USA

Park

“This park is well kept and lovely. I've driven by many times and finally decided to stop one early evening. You can picnic up top where you park, or take a relatively long trek down toward the river. The walk is lovely with lots of trees and forest growth. Just know that after walking downhill for awhile you have to make the trip back up before dusk when the park closes. It's worth a visit, a nice spot in nature tucked away for us to enjoy.”

Maltby Community Park

Address: 20322 Broadway Ave, Snohomish, WA 98296, USA

Park

“2 netted Baseball Fields. A small swing and play equipment area for children, and an enormous grass field where groups often hold soccer practice (in season). Luckily there are restrooms here. There is also a walking track around the perimeter of the swings and smaller field. It backs onto bushy vacant land, so beware of wild animals that are sometimes spotted around the area, or try to avoid going at dusk or dawn. Never seen any myself, but it's just something to be cautious about. My dogs (and I) have picked up the scent of something and they have wanted to run into the bushes. Parking lot is quite large, but it has large potholes in some areas, so drive slowly.”
