He exchanged the wrong one for the right one and he even helped me with a recommendation as to where to get a new casing for my tail light for cheap. I am so pleased with how easy their products are to use and they make my job as a child life specialist so much easier! I highly recommend their products and they are SO worth the added expense to have games pre-loaded on a system when it arrives to you! Also, the security cases are easy to install for engineering departments at the hospital and easy to figure out how to use. They remain locked and you are able to access the system easily while it is safely locked in the case!”
