Burger King

Went through the drive through, and they accidentally made the wrong sandwich for me. An easy mistake to make, especially with how I ordered it. (Royal chicken with swiss and bacon, but I ordered the regular royal chicken first) Their drive through was very busy, so I called and asked if I could meet them at the door. I got a brand new, fresh outta the fryer sandwich, and they were deeply apologetic. Great staff, working hard, with excellent customer service! Whatever they're making per hour, double it! Truly a wonderful staff!!

Also, note to self: do not eat a fresh outta the fryer chicken sandwich right away. My tongue hurts!! LOL!!

I came through the drive thru with a huge order for my family. The lady who took our order checked and double-checked to make sure all our alterations were met (picky eaters at home). I left impressed by their professionalism and attention to detail. Bravo BK team!
