Dr. Naccarato took the time to understand my situation and started working with me on stretches and targeted exercises. He set me up with a home/gym exercise program that I could easily integrate into my life. After seeing Dr. Naccarato and working on those exercises for several months, I was able to start working out with the Personal Trainers and group classes at Ascent Fitness, located in the same building as Dr. Naccarato’s office.
