“Solid gym equipment. I'm not into the wimpy isolation machines but there isn't too many of those here. I love loading up those plates on the barbells and sending them for a ride! Got some good spots to do some heavy deadlifting. The foam rollers are nice to help out my sore body. Ill be back here over and over again.”

“The best gym I've ever been to. I travel to a new state every three months for work, always need a new gym. They are super accommodating to that here. Offered a no obligation contract for close to twenty-five bucks a month. Can't beat it. They have a basketball court, classes, and tons of equipment. Two squat racks and one deadlift platform. I almost never have to wait for them. Staff have been super friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend and will be sad to have to move on soon.”

“I’ve been going to The Shop for a year and I can honestly say The Shop is my second home. I came to The Shop with certain fitness goals in mind and related that to Coach Rod and he has created and structured each training session to target my goals and as a result I have hit and exceeded every goal that I had. Not only does the training give fast results but the atmosphere does not feel like a gym but more like getting together with family 3 days a week. I’ve made some of the best friends that I now consider family at The Shop. I would highly recommend the shop to all who want a place that’s family oriented and goal driven. The Shop offers so much more than just fitness but we also have Latin/hip hop classes as well as child/adult soccer. And on occasion we like to do team outings to bond and hangout. “I freaking love this place! It's the best rock climbing gym in Seattle and I'm not just saying that. The staff are extremely friendly and encouraging. There's a huge bouldering area which I love. “Great experience here. The instructors are friendly and willing to work with you at your own comfort level. They are flexible and will frequently ask for requests or suggestions for the class, if you have a certain area you want to work, or goal for the day. They have classes in different styles (from relaxing to challenging, beginner to advanced). The environment is calming and spartan, and the studio is very clean. You can sign up for a membership, or a great 10-class package for those who can't go often enough to make a monthly membership worth it.”

I live in San Diego and needed a spot in Laguna to train an MLB pitching coach that lives in Anaheim. I found this hidden gem. They welcomed me and my client with wide open arms. When I got there I felt comfortable and not like an alien which is veryyy easy to do in the fitness industry. Ryan and Jack are AWESOME people. If you are in the area, stop by and you won't regret it. The facility is super super clean and modern. Another hard thing to do in the fitness industry is to keep a clean space! Way to go guys.
