(October 21, 2022, 7:45 pm)I didn't purchase a stove/FP from Wallace, but used them for service on my gas fireplace. The tech (Kevin) did a great job, and had it up and running in about an hour...after another larger fireplace dealer told me they were unable to fix it and I would need an installer to re-do my venting.
I'll definitely be using them in the future. Thank-you Wallace Stoves!!

(September 7, 2022, 11:33 pm)I highly recommend this place. They are so knowledgeable and will find you just the right stove to fit your needs. No pressure from the sales folks and everyone is friendly. We are so very pleased we found them.
