They’re the best ever, I’m in auto pay and they’re really good about posting my bill every 6 months, plus anytime I ever have questions Melanie and Jay are patient with me and answer all my questions and then before I hang up they will ask if I understand and is there anything else I can help you with. I’ll never switch to anyone else, plus when I first signed up in 2016, I lived in Auburn I was on Geigo and wanted to switch, (which Jay was a lot less expensive) I was afraid to drive to Puyallup he came to me and met at Starbucks he bought me a coffee. jay spent time with us, got to know us a bit when we recentky moved our accounts from another agency in a different city. He painstakingly went over all our coverages and suggested changes we may want to consider. His office personnel were friendly and his location is easy and convenient. We are pleased to be able to have Jay as our agent.
