“Very, VERY impressed with Polished Image Detailing. Was the service and quality of work great? You bet it was. However, that's not what impressed me. Polished Image chose the path of honesty and integrity on an accident they caused. I brought my brand new car in to have the calipers painted. At some point in the process, their techs accidentally nicked my brake line causing it to become compromised. They investigated and said "yes, this was our accident, we will take care of it." They immediately took the car in, gave me a loaner, replaced the brake lines, and dropped my car off for me within a few days. No debate, no cost. Just impeccable customer service and honesty. As long as I live in the area I am going to bring my vehicles back to Polished Image for any work they can support and I will recommend them to anyone who will listen.”

“Let me say this I drove from Seattle because they are that damn good! This is my 2nd time coming back to this shop for repairs and let me tell you they are the BEST in the Northwest for BMW Owners. You’ll know instantly your in the right place when you pull in and see 99% of cars here are BMW’s & MINI cars. They repaired my MINI cooper back to factory standards and it looked fantastic they repaired the stuff I didn’t see and I have full faith and trust in this shop. I’m back again because my new X5 was hit so a no brainer to bring it right to the experts! Moses was fantastic he kept me informed along my previous repair and Robin at the front desk is amazing she got me in asap and made the whole entire process easy this entire staff is amazing! “Really happy with Scott L. at Baydo’s Fife. Met him at the Seatttle 2022 RV Show. Very knowledgeable. Totally transparent when talking about his product and what to expect and what not expect. No hard sell. I bought a 19’ travel trailer and had my walk-through today. Everything was ready as he promised and he took almost 2 hours explaining all the systems and buttons and switches. He gave me his personal cell number and emphasized I could call him any time. The Baydo’s sales lot and sales office is immaculate which I think shows a respect and professionalism to their clients and services. I have confidence if I have any issues they will be there to help me. 5 stars!”
