“We stopped in wanting to ship unneeded gear across the country. The woman who helped us (I think she said Oriana but maybe Erin? Sorry if I am butchering that!). She assessed our bins and bags and helped us repackage them into boxes to save us some money. She was incredibly cheerful, and took over the packing when she could have easily handed us the boxes to attempt ourselves. We were very pleased with our experience.
