Wonderful service. I left downtown Dallas when COVID surfaced in January. I moved three times BEFORE a final move to the home we purchased in June. I had to move to a smaller unit, then a bigger unit, then add a unit. It was #2020chaos vibes through and through. The staff was so patient, kind, and flexible. Saying thank you doesn't seem like enough. It was a very hectic time that they made easier.

Great facility! Clean, accessible, simple layout. Awesome customer service! Communication was wonderful. I needed a unit pretty quick, they didn’t have the size I wanted but Susan got me into a different size and put me on the “waiting list” for the size I really need. Within a couple weeks, she called and had it (two, actually) ready!
It’s not easy to move in and out of storage units but because of the customer service, we are moving three large units from a competitor facility to Preferred on Justin Rd! It’s a lot of work and a lot of hassle that we wouldn’t go through if we didn’t believe it is worth it!
