“He's busy, but he's awesome! Honestly he's one of the best mechanics I've ever known. He got a part from the dealership using my vin, installed it, and it was wrong and cracked my timing chain cover, dumped 15 quarts of oil on the freeway. He paid to have it towed to his shop, he spent almost a month fixing the dealerships mistake on his dime! Even installed a new water pump and clutch (I only paid for parts) for me since he had to completely dismantle the truck! Like I said, he is busy, so it's not fast service, but it is honest and great work!”

“The pros at Kingston Collision fixed a couple pretty significant dings on my car that went all the way to the metal. The car has a very unique paint job for the model, and the color match was perfect. I had them buff out some other scratches and imperfections, and in the end picking it up was like picking up from the lot brand new on the first day. Super happy with the work and will absolutely go back if the need ever arises.”

“My car started shuddering badly on my way home from work at 3am. The next day I took it down to Bud's first thing in the morning. I explained to Devon the symptoms and that I was in a real pickle as it is my work vehicle. I was afraid it was a transmission problem. Devon almost knew immediately what the problem was and committed to fixing it THAT day! I had a dead cylinder and needed a new ignition coil. Devon call a couple hours later and suggested I replace all ignition coils while he had things taken apart because the coils were due to be replaced anyway and would save me money on labor down the road. Bottom line: my work car was fixed very quickly, very reasonably charged and I'm back on the road. These guys cannot be beat as far as timeliness and service charges! Plus, Devon's just a good guy. I was in a tough spot and he saved my bacon. 🤯”

Easy drop off, frequent updates about my car and service was complete when they said it would be. Picked up my car and it was clean on the outside and inside! Wow!! “Excellent and efficient service. Was able to schedule an alignment easily and quickly, and Liberty Bay did a great job for a very reasonable price. I also asked if they would do a visual check on the integrity of a rust repair done by another shop several years ago to the body frame. They made the visual assessment and gave it a thumbs up. They also offered an assessment of my vehicle’s ball joints (needing repair work in the next year) and a couple other minor items that will require attention down the road. This is the first time I have used Liberty Bay Auto Center, and I will be returning to them for additional service work on my cars.”

“The technician did an excellent job matching the paint to the original color. The passenger door had to be replaced and the dents in the passenger door behind it had dents to pop out and refinish. The repair looks as though the accident never happened. I’m very satisfied. There was a slight delay past the time they had quoted it would be completed but they explained the reasons for this and I was very happy to wait ❤️. I would use this company again. Update: my vehicle was a 2020 Chevy Traverse and I had taken it in under an insurance claim through GEICO. I was able to get an appointment within days after the incident. They were able to repair it within two weeks. I am aware that had I of attempted to call the business and make an appointment the timing would not have been so fast. I’m adding this information after reading other reviews. It’s important to know that if your vehicle needs repair regardless of cash or insurance claims, companies have customers and other projects so you will need to call multiple places to find someone who can give you a timely return. This isn’t the only business in this county and there are options. Please review your options and ask for proper turn around expectations prior to dropping your vehicle off anywhere. I feel fortunate to have been able to have my vehicle repaired and to have had the car rental paid for through insurance. Well worth the rates I pay and the reaction I experienced.”
