“I am a business owner in here on western Washington and also former client of Isaac's. My landlord is a bully type.....and I have been taking his nasty remarks for way too long. But the landlord decided he wanted me out of his space and his lawyer became quite aggressive. Essentially, they were going to sue for what they believed to be a breach of the building lease. Now, this is my livelihood and I am in my 60's. Being forced out would have really damage my life. I rarely get worked up, intimidated or scared. But I actually believed they were going to be successful. I was not sleeping well at all. I have worked with lawyers my entire professional life and know how to hire them. Just because they have a law license means nothing really. I did a thorough job shopping on this internet and Isaac looked like he was probably the right person for this. So I called and interviewed Isaac. Isaac was timely, professional and courteous. He had prepared for our meeting. He asked a few questions and obviously knew the rules on leases. Isaac put together an appropriately aggressive and convincing letter to opposing counsel. Unfortunately for that lawyer, part of their case required proper notice and Isaac's letter detailed where she had erred. Of course, her clients saw that letter. They have backed off on the lawsuit idea for now. I felt protected by Isaac and I feel well a taken care of. He has his act together and is a hiqh quality real estate contracts lawyer.”

“Got a new seat put on my bike. Rich and his fellow employees did a great job fitting me to my seat and making sure I was happy with it. The quality is well worth the trip to their shop. Whenever I had other questions they had no problem answering anything I was curious about doing to my bike and that meant a lot to me. And when I first strolled in Rich came right up to me and introduced himself. You just don't see that in most places now of days. I am definitely referring Rich's to anyone who asks.”

“My boyfriend and I have been renting a storage unit at this Affordable Soare Room for years. We have seen many MANY managers come and go. We recently received a call from one of the new managers, Billy about special projects the new owner is completing to upgrade the place, including a name change to Kingston Vault. We were told they were painting the outside and advised us we could secure our items with plastic, if needed for free. We drove over to meet the new managers and make sure our stuff was safe. I can’t say enough about them! Billy & Chris are amazing and great assets to this place! They are kind and helped with everything. They were informative and well spoken and spoke highly of the new ownership and management. After years of less than stellar representation, I feel these individuals should be recognized. We could not of done what we did without them and there assistance. Thank you to them both, again!”
