“I love this place! Natalie and Jared are amazing coaches and they make Crossfit very approachable for people of all ages, fitness levels, shapes and sizes. That’s one of the things that stands out to me is the diversity of the people I work out with and I love it so much. Some Crossfit boxes can be really intimidating, but not this one. The workouts are short and intense and they WILL improve your fitness. I’d been working out consistently for well over a decade and thought I was in great shape, but this just takes it to a whole different level!! I’ve seen my muscular endurance and cardiorespiratory fitness increase by leaps and bounds in just two months… hiking up the mountains out here is getting a lot easier! Last, but not least by any measure, is the wonderful community here… Everyone is so positive, encouraging, friendly, and fun. I know when I go in that I’m going to have a good time and feel like I belong somewhere. Here, I feel like others truly want one another to succeed and that feels really good. Highly, highly recommend this place. If you’re on the fence about which Crossfit gym to join, heed the reviews and choose this one. You won’t be sorry.”
