“I’ve been going to City Nail for over 10 years. If you want your nails done very well with the highest level of detail and attention, then this is your place. Linda, the owner, is no nonsense and has a unique sense of humor, but that’s what I love about her. Linda and her staff don’t cut corners, even if people are waiting to get in. Linda has very high standards for every single service and the cleanliness of the salon. The pedicures include a several minute foot and leg massage, hot paraffin wax (for ultimate soft feet), and a hot towel. Ann is my favorite nail technician, but honestly they’re all fantastic. I’d suggest calling ahead and making an appointment if want want a guaranteed time.”

“We stayed at the Starlight Studio this past weekend for a wedding. The location was great in West Seattle, close to everyplace we needed to go. The apartment was furnished with everything that we needed. The owners have thought of everything. Even all the way down to offering you savings at the Safeway! It was very warm this weekend but the fan and portable air conditioner did help some. Would recommend this apartment if you are looking for something in the West Seattle area.”

“The district manager Al Allen ensured that my storage situation was taken care of. I had a few issues at another property and he got me moved over to this location, matching the price. Al must be incredibly busy, managing multiple Public Storage locations in the area, but he made time to call me several times to work out a solution. I really appreciated this personal customer service. The on-site manager, Pascale, is incredibly friendly and very fast and efficient. She runs the whole place by herself, and does an absolutely amazing job. The place is spotless. She has also called me several times to ensure that I was well taken care of. I am impressed by Al and Pascale's ability to turn a very negative experience into an incredibly positive one. 5 stars.”
