“This was the 1st time I used Juanita Firs 76 station. Based on my treatment there- I will be a repeat customer! I needed an oil change. Called & scheduled a ‘wait’ appointment. Arrived a couple of minutes before my designated time. The cashier advised me of the wait time - took my phone number and gave my key fob to him. I went for a walk - came back and my car wasn’t quite done. The technicians here do a safety inspection on your car. This is after the oil change is completed. Shortly after I was told it would be a few minutes more; I received a text notification with things that needed attention. Their analysis provided more info than I have ever, ever received after an oil change! Extremely thorough! Juanita Firs is a 5 star place.
