“I have been to this shop a few times and they truly are honest, good people. I had a misfire in my engine the other day and didn't have time to mess around with it myself and gave them a call. While they were pretty busy, Tony told me to drop it off and they would work it in. He called me back the next morning and it was done and running like new that afternoon. I am very appreciative of the fast service and reasonable price. In addition, when I have been there or called him in the past, he has always offered honest advice and guidance on how I can fix something myself to save money. “Sam and his team really went above and beyond to take care of me. I work in the Kent area only infrequently, when my voltage light came on I called Sam and he was able to squeeze me in on a Saturday afternoon. They diagnosed the problem, a bad alternator, they tracked one down and replaced it all while I waited. Unfortunately this isn’t the end of the story. The alternator they put in was a defective rebuild, though this wasn’t Ace auto repairs fault, Sam and his team went above and beyond yet again to work with my schedule and swap in a replacement which then fixed the problem. I would whole heartedly recommend this shop.”

“Steve and his team did a fantastic fixing up the trunk of my RAV4, and for a reasonable price. He charged half as much as another place I checked out. I love that he was able to get me in the very next week. My car was in the shop for just 3 days - which is just 1 day short of the promised timeline. I was super impressed when I saw my car again because it looked good as new!! I appreciated the car wash and cleaning of interiors. I would recommend this place to all my good friends!!”
