My practice has grown and I am challenged in every class. All of the teachers I have worked with have a wealth of knowledge and experience and there is a lot of attention paid to proper alignment and taking care of your body. One of the things I love most is that this is not HOT yoga. If I'm working like I should be, I sweat plenty without over-stretching muscles that are too warm. “Omg LOVE the calamari! Went there for happy hour and it was yummy. I will definitely come back. Check out the appetizer combo. So flavorful and very filling. We had drinks, appetizer tower and bread pudding. The bread pudding was unique. It was 4 cubes of bread pudding with a crusty exterior and soft inside with a small smidgen of ice cream.
