I like the idea of paying for membership and not having to pay extra for a personal trainer. Trainer will always be by your side when needed or if they personally see you need it.

I decided to join Burn Boot Camp knowing I’m currently in the worst shape (and heaviest weight) of my life. From my very first camp I have not felt judged despite my need for extra modifications and everyone - coaches and members - has been so incredibly welcoming! I’m so glad I’ll be with the Burn Boot Camp family on my new heath journey

I've been with burn now for almost 1 year and boy has my body changed. I can definitely do things now that was hard before. The group workouts really help keep you motivated. ❤

I can’t think of a time when I was a member of another gym and they reached out to me to ask how I liked the workouts, what made them unique, how I felt. The communication from Burn Bootcamp has been exceptional and their desire to see you succeed and reach your goals truly shows. I love the group settings and that everyone is so nice. It is definitely the support I needed and the motivation is just all around great. I love this place.

Burn Boot Camp South Lakeland is AMAZING! I’ve never been one to enjoy working out, but the community is so welcoming, the trainers guide your form throughout so you know you’re doing it right, and each camp is different so you don’t know what to expect. It keeps it interesting! The workouts are tough, but I feel so accomplished after. I look forward to going every day! The staff and members are wonderful, and you don’t feel like a random person joining a class. They become fast friends and cheer you on as you go. I can’t say enough good things about this gym. A game changer for sure!
