“I love this place! The staff is friendly, the place is always clean, and they have a great variety of classes. What I love the most about it is that people that go to the gym want to be healthy and fit and not bug you. I have been using the gym for over a year and I've never had anybody creeping on me, trying to talk to me or trying to show off. This is not one of those places that will attract crazy Fitness Buffs that are constantly showing off.”

“This space is beautiful and safe and the teachers are compassionate. They check in with the people in class and ask what you need. The classes flow nicely and they offer alternatives if a move doesn’t feel right. A peaceful place for self care. I highly recommend the yoga garden.”
