“I took my almost 1yo to Hello Kids dentistry for his first dental visit. They are absolutely wonderful! Such a bright and inviting office. The dental hygienist/assistant was amazing and let my son play with the toothbrush and warm up to her before she started brushing his teeth. When Dr. Annikka came in to check his teeth I wasn’t sure how he would do because he hates his mouth being looked at. But he let her look while she sang him two songs. They were so friendly and happy to answer any questions. Highly recommend!”

“The office staff was very friendly and helpful. However, my surgery was scheduled several months out from my consult visit wirh the surgeon, and the communication was extremely poor during that time. I had to contact them to ask when the surgery was scheduled for, and again to ask about presurgery prep/procedure questions when I hadn't heard anything from them with surgery only 2 weeks away. Whenever I contacted them, they were great, but I would like to not have been left in the dark and forced to seek out answers to "What is going on???" Also, when checking in for required COVID test 2 business days before surgery, they were surprised I hadn't yet been prescribed the needed meds... sadly, it didn't surprise me.”

“My Mom, Sylvia, was at Bothell Way Lodge for about 4 months after breaking her hip prior to her passing. I want to say that she received exceptional care from the owners, Felix and Carmen, and their staff. They all took very special attention to Mom, took time to get to know her and our family. Their adult family home feels like home. It is clean, organized, with home cooked meals but it is also very professional. The rooms are all cozy and the front and back yards are nice. They decorate for holidays, have desserts for all the residents to enjoy with special orders for Mom all the time. We couldn't have asked for a better place for Mom to get the care she needed.
