Shout-out to Barrett for providing truly exceptional customer service and transparency. While most shops were backed up for months, I'm so glad I found Collision 1!! Not only was the process fast and easy, they kept me updated all along the way and were very fast and responsive in dealing with my insurance company as well so I didn't have a thing to worry about! The entire process was almost transparent to me after bringing my car in. Everything was handled professionally and on time. The quality of the work is exceptional as well. They made sure to use OEM factory parts for my Hyundai Accent. There was a slight delay in the order of a bracket for the front headlight, and this was quickly communicated to me as well. After having inspected the work, I can positively say it looks like the accident never happened! If you are unfortunate enough to be in a car accident and you're not sure where to take your car, at least in my experience, Barrett and Collision 1 Auburn will take care of you!!! “Yesterday morning we woke up to a pretty severe water leak in our water heater. I googled 'local plumbers in Auburn' and Harold's was one of the first results. I called and Dean answered - very pleasant, very helpful. He asked me some questions about our situation and then asked me to email him some pictures. He gave me a quote(very reasonable, I expected much more) and ordered the new water heater and said they would fit us into their schedule. A couple of hours later, Tom and Dave showed up. The level of teamwork I saw between them was very impressive. They worked cleanly and efficiently. They installed the new water heater and took away my old one. I've had to call plumbers before but obviously none left an impression on me since I didn't save their contact info. I am definitely saving this one and will highly recommend Harold Plumbing to friends and family. Thanks guys!!”
