“Amazing scenic views of Port Townsend and Whigby Island not really much to do on unless you like hiking or camping”

Mystery Bay State Park

Address: 7875 Flagler Rd, Nordland, WA 98358, USA

Park

“A cute little park with a dock leading to public moorage, a boat launch, and a small beach (which ends on each end in private property). The beach is Rocky and has lost of barnacle covered rocks and shells, so barefoot is risky. Small grass area and a few picnic tables. Decent parking - bring your Discover Pass (Washington state parks pass, $30/year) or pay for parking at $10/day. If you don't have a pass and want one, they are available at the Fort Flagler offices or from shops in town.”

Kinney Point State Park

Address: Nordland, WA 98358, USA

Park

“Only downer is the lack of fire rings, but it makes sense given it's boat-in only. Nice, secluded, clammable. Short paddle from Port Hadlock!”

Lower Camp Area

Address: Lower Camp Area, Flagler Campground Rd, Nordland, WA 98358, USA

Campground Lodging Park

“Had a great time here off season (December 2021) trying out a new trailer. Very clean site, pretty close too level, convenient hookups, and close to the beach. We got lucky with some breaks in the weather at low tide and we're able to take our dog on a great beach walk. During this time of year only one station has water for septic cleaning out and it was easy and convenient to use. Looking forward to coming back in warmer weather.”

“Where to begin?? I just came home and had to immediately give credit to Cheryl for opening this home to the public. Along with David, who does maintenance, they have made this place truly a special getaway. This was a last minute trip (booked the day before) so we didn't know what to expect. However, immediately it felt like home! Cheryl and David were generous and treated each other with respect which we loved to see! Although we packed as if we were moving in, Cheryl provides guests with more than enough in the kitchen and bathroom! They had rentals...so we chose a canoe. David took a picture of us and printed us copies (2 for us and 1 for us to sign and they plan to display with the others) I thought this was a really nice touch! Another thing I loved was that they accommodated my dog - he was basically on vacation too! I really hated leaving this place but I am blessed to know what and who we are coming back to. Thank you David and Cheryl you made my last minute birthday trip something to remember! We will see you again!”

Fort Flagler Upper Campground

Address: 10541 Flagler Rd, Nordland, WA 98358, USA

Campground Park Lodging

“Great campground! The park Ranger was very helpful when checking in. Upper loop camp hosts were very nice. Site 21 does have a slight slope to it, but it wasn't a problem for us. And it goes great with 20 if you are camping with friends as they are open to each other.”

Marrowstone Island RV Camping

Address: 2324 E Marrowstone Rd, Nordland, WA 98358, USA

Campground Lodging Park

“This is truly a one of a kind spot. I will definitely return. Unbeatable views 3 min from the beach and a great state park down the road.”
