Buying a home can be stressful, especially when the lender makes a last-minute demand for flood insurance. Because of Angelita's knowledge, experience and willingness to help, I was able to get the policy quickly and complete the purchase on my Battle Ground home without delay. As an added bonus, she provided an excellent Homeowner's policy at a lower price than I'd been quoted elsewhere!
