“It's hard to even put into words how impressed we are with the finished result of our home improvement project through Superior Exterior Systems. We feel so grateful to have found such an honest, punctual and hard-working company for our new siding and windows. We bought a fixer-upper a few years ago, and knew we needed a complete overhaul on the exterior of the home. But, we've been burned with sketchy contractors in the past, who did shoddy work. When we started getting quotes from various companies, we quickly realized how much the siding/window market varies when it comes to cost. We booked a consultation with Superior Exterior Systems, not realizing at the time that it was the same company that had helped us out in a bind during a home inspection on our previous home a few years earlier. At the time, Chad had come out and inspected our roof for no cost to us. When he showed up to quote us on our current home, I immediately recognized him and felt like we were working with someone we could trust, and the respect was mutual. We've never worked with an owner/company who took the time that Chad and his crew did, to make sure we felt comfortable financially, and stylistically with our project. From beginning to end, they made sure we were in the loop on every aspect of the job, and were very gracious when it came to changes we made throughout the process. This is not a company that will over-sell or under-deliver. Their pricing is fair and their work is incredibly beautiful, but also quality, something that's very important to us. We know the materials and the workmanship will last for years to come. It sounds cheesy saying this, but our home would not be what it is without this wonderful team. “I am extremely pleased with the exterior work done on my home! The work is beautiful and I know it has improved the value of my investment tremendously. I can’t say enough about the quality and timeliness of the work. Brandon and Israel made sure I was involved in the project and informed of everything all along the way. I feel like they were highly invested in the project and took personal care to ensure no detail was overlooked. Despite the excellent communication, there weren’t any delays related to over-neediness in getting the work done, as I’ve had with prior contractors who failed to initiate tasks because they needed obsessive validation for each item on the checklist. Clearly, this was not the company’s first project and the experienced professionalism showed. The team arrived ready to work; no one hung out in the yard slacking off or took extended breaks. They arrived ready and with great attitudes throughout. They were efficient, thorough, and clean. I don’t feel like they cut corners and they left everything as good or better than they found it. “We chose Vulcan for three major projects on our house: a total front deck rebuild/redesign, full exterior paint job, and a siding repair/waterproofing protect. We're very satisfied with all three projects. We did get several bids for all the projects and Vulcan was mostly in the middle when it comes to price. What made us feel comfortable paying a little more originally was the fact that the company has a design department that came out and helped us visualize a re-engineering of our front deck that was poorly built by the ordinal home builder. The designs included 3D renderings and it was just clear that we were working with a professional building company as opposed to an independent general contractor. With three major projects, spread out over the course of several months, we ended up having things that needed to be tweaked from the original plan, some unexpected issues that weren't obvious until the crews tore into things, and various other audibles that needed to be called. Throughout all of it, the company was just fantastic with communication. I never ever felt like I was being fleeced in any way when something popped up, and I always had a single point person who was able to work with me to keep things moving along. One thing that I really appreciated was the company's end-of-job walk through process. If I had an issue with something, even after the final walk around, they would send someone out to fix it without any trouble whatsoever. That's not to say there were lots of issues, we just had several major projects going on at once. I would definitely recommend Vulcan. Professional, clean, respectful, and just filled with people who clearly care about what they do. A+”

Everyone from the initial inspector (VERY thorough), the estimator (also professional, thorough and very patient with all of my questions and concerns, as well as reviewing all of our options), the foreman and all of his crew (professional, prompt, hardworking and did a fantastic job - including the post job clean up... not one nail to be found!), the office/project contact (we spoke several times) and the post install quality inspector were all a joy to work with. While our job ended up being a complete replace (something that couldn't be known until all of the existing shingles were removed), they were top notch with informing us of the issues (including photos and complete explanations) and options. It's nice to know that we have a sound, properly installed and dependable roof on our home. We'd work with them again in a minute. Thank you to the entire team!”
