“I’ve only lived in 5 different apartments since I moved to Vancouver but by far living at the Monterey Apartments has been the absolute best experience I have had. The management for one are all really nice, and understanding. Very down to earth and genuinely good hearted and helpful. Maintenance is quick and easy, they WANT to fix any problems you may have unlike others. They are always doing upkeep which goes to show how much they care about their building and tenants. They allow basically any change to the apartment, just not on the outside of the building of course. Trash is never overloaded. I could go on but you should just check it out for yourself! A++ rating from me”
