Copiers Northwest Vancouver

We recently purchased a new copier from Copiers Northwest Vancouver. We are a school with limited staff in the summer. Brian was able to get the copier to us on a specific day and came back two days later to thoroughly explain all of the functions to me and was pleased to answer every, single question I had for him. I appreciate the easy purchasing process and the dedicated customer service. Highly recommend!

From my first call to Copiers Northwest to delivery and installation and after, Brian and his team have provided superior service. Brian is quick to respond, friendly and knowledgeable. Delivery was right on time, set up was smooth and training was very thorough. They really take their time to make sure you understand how to use the equipment. Brian has been amazing to work with. He provides me with pricing and information on the product within 24 hours or less. He has fantastic follow through and his pricing is the best I have found. He is straight forward, listens to your needs and concerns and will find you the best product to fit your needs.

We are running out of time with our current (extremely outdated) copier/scanner so I called around to get some quotes on a new machine. This is where I meet Brian. I am so happy that I have found him. He has listened to my needs and provided a solution with a great price. We have not been able to move forward and make the purchase yet, but when it's time I will be calling Brian. He has been so helpful and friendly and has stayed in touch without being pushy. I look forward to working with him more when the time comes.
