“Appointment time was 11pm. Got a door at 3:31am, and I asked when they're gonna be done unloading she said: "We're behind so it may be 3 to 4 hours." So I go 4mph and I don't move my clock. To get into my door I had to u-turn in the lot so I don't blind side back. Luckily, there's not a lot of trailers parked in front of my door, so I have room to maneuver as much as I need to. There's grass so I can take my dog potty BUT I ALSO PICK UP AFTER MY DOG so please don't ruin it for the rest of us. I caught up on some much needed sleep so that I can make it to my next pick-up, so that's why my review is good. If you need to put yourself in sleeper when you get here, I'd go ahead and do so. You'll get PLENTY of sleep while you're sitting here. They don't offer on sight parking but I mean..... if you're sitting here as long as I have you're technically already getting overnight parking. You'll have to pay for a lumper fee here as well. DONT move when your light is green. Paper work takes super long to be ready.”

“I have known the folks at A Better Way Storage and used their facilities on an ongoing basis for the last 14 years and for temporary storage off and on for 7 years. They are the best in the business. The place is always super clean and well-kempt. They helped me store belongings during an emergency evacuation due to forest fires . Yesterday, I had a problem with my storage unit, some contents had shifted and blocked the door from opening. Mary was really excellent and very efficient and friendly in helping me problem solve. She got Dave there same day and he helped get my door open and rearranged items to prevent that happening again. People like Mary and Dave are the reason I trust my treasures to A Better Way Storage . Thank you!”

“The park is well laid out and clean. We came in on Saturday, when the office is closed. The park sent an app. To get into the laundry and showers, but I could not get the app to work. Common problem I am told. Other than that, the park is quiet and easy to get into. I would suggest getting hold of someone in the office during working hours to make sure to have access to the amenities before arriving if arriving late or on the weekend. The cost of staying is fairly high to not have access to everything. There is somewhat of a kitchen is the same area as the laundry. Showers/bathroom and laundry/kitchen are extremely neat and clean. I would definitely stay here again.”
