“I have nothing but great things to say about this office, their staff and Dr. Syed! I had a pretty bad experience with a previous dentist with just fillings and hadn't been into a dentist since (8 or 9 years!!) but Dr. Syed and all of her staff were so warm and welcoming that they put my nerves right at ease. Dr. Syed has been awesome, she's put in a couple crowns for me now and any time during the process I seem to be uncomfortable or in pain she is attentive and asking if I'm good and makes sure I'm not in pain during the procedures. The quality of work is always top notch, after care instructions are clear, and wait times are minimal. Ive never been happy to have a dentist call me before but now I'm happy to see their office number pop up on my phone!”

“This might be a little long winded. I’ve been seeing Rusty for a long while now. I came to her after bouncing around from doctor to doctor for most of my life with what I feel has been pretty horrible and treatment resistant OCD. Rusty may not know this but she has walked along side me through so many ups and downs. She has called in my meds at the last second several times because my dumb tail forgot to make an appointment in a timely manner. I was able to easily reach her on a weekend night when I misplaced my medication that, due to it having a very short half life, I could not miss taking. If anyone has been through different medication changes in an attempt to find the right fit, you know how difficult it can be. She’s always provided me with the necessary tools to help me get through those transitions. Her demeanor and attitude are that of what I can only describe as a caring mother. I am thankful for Rusty. So much so that I’ve been seeing her for years paying out of pocket when I could go elsewhere with my insurance. She takes the time every time we meet to ask about my family and my life. She is a blessing. There are two ladies that operate the front desk. One is a younger girl who is always kind and helpful. The other is an older lady that strikes my as the tough granny type lol. But still she is always helpful. Just today i called because I was out of medication and did not make an appointment timely enough so I was gonna run out of medication. It took 1.5 hours for her to get a message to rusty and for rusty to send in prescriptions. I see several negative reviews here, but they simple aren’t my experience. I love this place.”

“This was my first visit with Nicole and I was more than impressed with her thoroughness and knowledge. She reviewed my medical history and found that I had a similar incident three years go but also reviewed my current labs to get a better picture of what might be causing my extreme discomfort. When I left I felt confident that I had received outstanding care and was relieved that the diagnosis was relatively benign (gout). I will definitely request Nicole in the future if my Primary Care Doctor is not available.”

“This was my first time visiting the spa because my AWESOME hairstylist (Samantha Carlson) just moved over there. The spa is clean, comfortable, and has a wonderful lounge to wait in. They were installing new hair washing stations and the sink had a head rest so you don’t get that uncomfortable neck strain. I’ve already pre booked a massage and am looking forward to signing up for more of the services they offer!”

“My mother-in-law, Elizabeth Jackson, recently received services at this facility on the skilled nursing unit following hospitalization. She was very pleased with the services that she received during her 2 week stay. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They were very prompt every time she rang for assistance. The therapy staff was top notch. They worked her hard within her physical abilities to increase her mobility and stamina. She thought that the meals were very good. The facility was very clean and well maintained. We would highly recommend this facility for anyone who needs physical rehabilitation following hospitalization.”

“I have been seeing Dr. Guan for over a decade, and I can't say enough nice things about her concern for my well-being. And the rest of the staff are just as amazing - the phlebotomist, Cheyenne, is always very mindful of my needle phobia, and I barely feel the needle going in. Barb at the checkout desk is always friendly and cheerful, and Dr. Guan's nurse assistants always treat me with kindness and respect. The ladies at the front desk always have smiles for everyone. (My whole family sees Dr. Guan - we're so lucky to have her as our PCP.) The awards both Dr. Guan and the practice have continually received over the years are a testament of the excellence of the services they provide. 😊”
