TRC was not the most expensive contractor, nor was it the least costly, but Shane, the company owner, impressed us so much with his knowledge, ideas, and enthusiasm for his work. Shane's price was definitely fair and competitive. We were not disappointed. Our neighbors were so impressed with him and his crew that they cornered him for estimates while he was at our house working. They made so many comments about their efficiency and the short amount of time they were here for the heavy workload we gave them. Shane and his workers were polite, professional, and tidy.
