The staff (Bill and Shirley) are always professional yet personable. Whenever I have an issue with my hearing aids i call and can go in the same day. They are always able to resolve it. Highly recommend them.

The quality of hearing device are state of the art technology. Her hearing is very poor and Mr. Bill doesn’t get frustrated with her and take his time while making us smile
