“The front office let me down today. I have always received excellent and professional service, but not so much this time. I was given an estimate with unnecessary services like expensive gas and oil additives and an expensive cabin air filter that I didn't request. The cost to diagnose and repair a routine item was seven times more than another reputable shop. The experience was similar to a dealership, premium prices and upselling extras. My estimate also included a service that I recently completed at JAM that is only necessary every 30k, it was a clerical mistake, and the price was also fifty dollars more than it was six months ago. I always receive excellent work from the mechanics. The employees at JAM are very nice and courteous, and I trust them with my vehicle. But, not sure I'll go back. They let me down time time.”

“Barbers never lets me down. Dominic even worked on my car over a weekend as I had a wheel fall off late on a Friday. I had him quote me for fixing it Monday and then I said, "If you do come in this weekend, how much would it be then?" He responded, "Same price." The work is always quality. He communicated to me everything they found along with his recommendations and itemized prices for each part of the repair. “I have had my newly installed Rugh's Roof for three weeks now and I am happy to report that I have zero complaints with the installation quality. Zero leaks after several rain and wind events since installation. I worked with Jeremy to set up the install. He was very respectful during and adherent to CDC recommendations in our face-to-face meeting. He was easy to contact and responsive to questions I had during the time from inspection to install process; and he was very helpful working with my insurance company. The roof install crew was very prompt- they showed up at the exact time we were told they would be there. They did a nice job on clean up too- rolling a magnet across the yard multiple times to try and pick up and lingering nails. Rugh's uses the Owens Corning roofing systems. I had the Duration Onyx Black shingles installed (50 year rated shinle), along with a new ridge vent to replace hat vents. All new flashing was installed as well. They also assisted in installing the flashing for four new sun tunnels which I was installing in conjunction with the new roof. Overall they provided a smooth and low stress experience for what I would consider to be one of the major milestone house projects.”
