“The flashing around my chimney sprung a leak which was streaking and leaking through the paneling near the chimney. I caulked it with roofing and flashing sealant which stopped it for awhile but eventually the leak returned. A leaky roof is nothing to play around with as the cost of repair becomes more expensive the longer the leak persists. I contacted Duke Roofing and Mr. John Duke called me and said he could help me out and sent someone out quickly to perform an estimate. The work was done right and close to estimate (there was a slight extra charge to replace rotted wood but that is to be expected if there is a prolonged leak). They replaced the skylight, chimney flashing, shingles, and plumbing boots for $1400. All the work was done in a single day. Braxton Barnhill did most of the work which turned out great. Braxton contacted me to set a data and time to do the work and even worked with Mr. Duke to accommodate my work schedule. Braxton is very courteous and professional, and a great roofer on top of it. The job was done right and the job site was clean when they left, inside and out. Mr. Duke came out personally while the work was ongoing and is very nice. We have had some very heavy downpours since having the work done and I am happy to say the leak is gone.
