“Teddy and Jason turned out to be our guardian angels this afternoon. We had a flat tire on Rt 1 - about 70 miles from our house. Jason saw us, and even though they were getting ready to close up, offered to patch our tire. We limped into Noors. It turned out the tire was too damaged to patch AND the spare didn't fit! These guys bent over backwards for us and stayed an hour past closing to get us back on the road. I don't know what we would have done if these great guys hadn't helped us. If I could give them 6 stars, I would.”

“I can't say enough good things about this business. The first time I went there, I had a blow out on 95. I was lucky enough to be at this exit. It was a Sunday and while I was contemplating what I was going to do, I looked up and there it was-Tires and More. They were open! I walked across the road, because I was worried that my wheel would be ruined or I may cause an accident if I drove there. It was obvious that the employees had just sat down to lunch and even though I insisted they take their lunch first, that I wasn't in any hurry, an employee got up and assisted me. He walked across the road and put on my spare, which was buried in the back of my work vehicle. I drove across the road, had two tire changed and was on my way. Even though I live in Maryland, I have been back and will go back again. This is how businesses used to be and should be.”

“I called Shorty's garage and said I, needed an inspection. To my surprise I was told Yes, we can do it! This is during a time when most places are overwhelmed with everyone trying to get their inspections completed before the end of the year. Some places could not fit me in their schedules or told me to try by 8:00 am Saturday. Even then, there were customers ahead of me. Shorty's took my car immediately and were completed before I could even get comfortable. Great, fast service.”

“I had a flat tire of all days it was on Valentine's Day ???? In front of Trader Joe's. So I called Honda and they sent a man out right away . They were more concerned about my safety instead of my flat tire . The first thing the woman said to me on the phone is " are you alright and are you safe " And do you have anybody with you. " That touched my heart. in fact the man had two calls ahead of me and he took me first . He got to me fast . I felt safe . I knew as soon as I saw him ,that everything was going to be ok . He said " that he couldn't let me sit in that parking lot all alone ". He fixed my flat . He was Very professional and treated me with such respect. He was so kind to me . A gentle giant . “These guys are amazing. I talked to David one time about my sister in law's truck and the issues. We couldn't get the truck started and he immediately sent the tow truck. The guys worked on the truck for weeks trying to resolve the issue. Calling many different places to find a transmission. Took their time and fixed other things along with finding the best deal on a transmission. We got the truck back and it stopped working again..David sent the tow truck again for us. Fixed the next problem within a day!! The thoughtfulness and caring that goes into the guys fixing our car was amazing. They are absolutely amazing. It is refreshing to see someone care about their customers the way these guys do. I will continue to bring all my cars to their shop! Best shop ever and best guys ever!!”
