“If you want your work done right, Twin Jugs is the place. Price is comparable to other shops, but the work will exceed your expectations. I have used their services for over 10 years. Main bike now, 04 Road Glide has 90,000 miles on it, still running very strong thanks to their work. They did original motor work in 2005, with the 88 inch motor built to 95, with SE heads ( reworked by them), Race Tuner, , gear drive cam, Jims HydroSolid lifters, hi flo K&N air filter with Rhinehart pipes. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail initially produced right at 100HP and 100 ft lbs torque, with 60 HP available barely off idle. Today , untouched, still making mid 90's . Reliable, and I do not hesitate to do multiple interstate runs regularly. Never left me on road. A very satisfied customer!”

“I recently purchased an Eagle Lift. At the time of purchase I was given Rick the Toolman’s name and phone number as a point of contact for delivery and install. I made initial contact with Rick and later with Candy (office). Both were friendly and very informative concerning the lift. I was given a fair and reasonable quote. Rick’s team (Josh, Jeff, and Josh) was able to install the lift on the day I requested. As a third party Rick the Toolman represented Eagle as if He also owned that business. My install took the better part of his crews work day (few hours lift setup and six plus hours’ drive). The crew did not leave until all my questions were satisfactorily answered and the lifts operation was showed to me. I would recommend Rick to everyone that is in need of a lift. GREAT JOB RICK. ”

“Have a Hyundai Sante Fe that was making transmission noise after getting fluid changed at local Hyundai dealership. Took car to Dun Rite and they checked/changed fluid. Showed me what they took out-it was dirty and the level was low. The car ran perfect after they did a proper fluid change and I'll never take it back to the dealership for transmission or any work again. (Not sure if its a transmission or transaxle). Either way, I was happy with the work. This review is late. The work was done months ago.”

“So let me start with this-I have been in the business of auto and motorcycle(Harley) sales combined over 25 years. I did not and never have played games or lied to any of my customers to get a sale. That said, it was time for a change and without going into a lengthy story, I was ready to give up my 2004 Ford Explorer for something bigger and did not want any payments. I settled on a 2004 Ford Expedition they had listed on Facebook Marketplace. It had somewhat high mileage but I wasn't looking for new. I knew what I was getting into and also knew this will not be a perfect truck. It did have some issues. After we , meaning Rich and Raj and I agreed on price with the help from Bucky , the sales team member I had first contact with ,we made the sale. There were some things that needed repair/replace and it was put in writing(NOTE- everything has been done with the exception of the rear wiper-waiting on part). I drove home on a Thursday. Drove the truck all weekend, then on Tuesday I was about to go to work and it wouldn't start. I called Raj and he was sympathetic and asked if I could get it in so they could look at it. I was able to bring in and without hesitation they replaced the battery. No typical "You bought it as is, you own it" They took care of me. The manager of the repair aspect of the operation, Joe ,has always been respectful and has helped me get the needed items taken care of. Well this brings me to current time. I went by on Saturday, during the heavy rains and the part had not come in yet for the rear wiper so I headed home. I hit many a flooded puddle from standing water on the road and thought nothing of it. I stopped at a fast food place and when I came out to go home, the truck would not start!!! There was plenty of juice but no clicking, clacking ...just silence and dash lights lit up. I immediately sent Joe a text if he could have any idea after I described the situation and as he was on his way home to see his kid at Karate he said he would detour and come to me to see if anything could be done. He tried a few things to no avail and then so I would not be stranded he contacted a tow company(North Star Towing) and will have it towed back to Auto Chiefs and Raj will stay late and have a loaner truck for me to get home with. Mike with North Star was prompt . The problem was a rusted wire. Joe took care of the towing and I the labor for repair. So I feel this was excellent customer service and retention as it was not a single sale, but will now be a relationship. I don't usually recommend many people or products but I will recommend Auto Chiefs and Raj, Rich, Joe & Bucky and the staff there that has been able to keep me on the road. Thank You !!”

“Good quality work at a fair price. I have had new and rebuilt transmissions put in three different vehicles by three different shops in the Fredericksburg area. I was referred to United by a long time Fredericksburg native, and phoned to ask some questions. After the phone call, I dropped our vehicle off to be worked on. They finished early and billed within dollars of their initial ballpark estimate. Roughly $500 less than the first shop we had replace a similar transmission in a similar vehicle and about $300 less than the second shop. Same case for a new clutch assembly on our manual transmission vehicle. United completed the work for about $325 less than the same job done by another Fredericksburg area shop with an A+ Better Business Bureau rating. One of my kids now has a vehicle with transmission issues and I'm referring them to United.”

“I was driving down I-95 yesterday when my vehicle computer system warned me of a dangerously low tire. I found Colony Tire - Stafford through a quick Google search and drove straight there in the hopes they could help me get safely back on the road before closing. Upon arriving, I received the most prompt service I have ever experienced. They immediately took my Jeep into the garage, identified a screw, and patched the tire. I could not believe how quickly and courteously they were able to assist me, particularly so close to closing.
