“I hadn’t been to a dentist in about 5 years for various reasons, but the primary reason was each one I tried treated me with disrespect and a complete lack of compassion. I needed to be seen by a dentist and I did a lot of research on Dr. Swanson and his practice. I have been to him for 5 visits. I had to have several procedures and after discussing options I went with conscious sedation. I was worried about the entire procedure. The wonderful staff repeatedly reassured me that they would take good care of me. Dr Swanson even spent time with me in a consult on two separate occasions to go over everything and answer all my questions. Everything went very well and I am so grateful to everyone at Southpoint Quality Dental for their caring, compassion and technical expertise! Every single person who worked with me was genuinely nice, caring, and very well trained to do their job. I feel everyone went out of their way to take good care of me. “I have been going to Dr. Hughes office since I first started going to the dentist. 22 years later I wouldn't prefer to go to any other office. Not only do they have top of the line equipment and keep their offices extremely clean but they also treat you like family. I've never felt rushed in and out of the office and they take their time to address any questions or concerns you have. And in recognition of all the reviews given that it's almost impossible to see Dr. Hughes now, it's actually not. All you have to do is request to see him and if you schedule an appointment on a day he's not there then that's your own fault.”
