“Richmond Auto Clinic is a great small business with skilled technicians and reasonable, fair prices. I know that my repairs will be done in a timely manner and that the quality of work will be great. The value of what you receive is definitely worth the price you pay. However, if you are a young lady visiting this place of business I would caution you to beware of a particular staff member named Bernard. He states that he is the manager, but was hesitant to answer some of the simple questions that I had regarding an alignment repair that I needed on my camber and caster. Also, he insisted on knowing personal details like if I lived alone (which in hindsight has me a bit concerned for my safety since my address is placed on the paperwork), and encouraged me to use his personal cell phone number to contact him in the future. When I began to ask more questions about the alignment process, he stated that he was not qualified to answer. He also refused to provide me with the print out of the proof of work when I requested to take it with me. Because of this, I left my vehicle and returned the next day when I could speak directly with the alignment technician and the owner. Those two did more than enough to answer my remaining questions and to rectify the challenging time I had the day before. So if you are a young lady, please be especially careful with this staff member and request to speak directly to a technician or to the owner Sunny.”
