“Crossfit Prominent is a place that I look forward to being at every single day. I enjoy hanging out with the Prominent family after classes and by the way people hang around before/after class, I know others do too. I use to go to a regular gym and would want to get in and get out as fast as possible. I don’t have that mentality with Crossfit Prominent and I would spend all day there if I could. Since joining 6 months ago I have not only seen growth in my endurance and strength but my overall health as well has improved. I enjoy putting in the work before, during, and after class and they even provide extra comp training to help achieve my goals. The coaches are knowledgeable, encouraging, and personable. I can honestly say it is my favorite part of the day and I look forward to more PR’s, more a** kickings and more good times. I highly recommend this box for anyone who just wants to better themselves and have a good time doing it, no matter their skill level.”

“I cannot say enough kind words about this place. The ice cream is fresh, creamy and flavorful. The toppings are all natural and delicious. The service is friendly and informative. There are so many options, there are several different non-dairy (vegan) bases to build your ice cream with, a dozen different toppings, and they cater to the gluten free. The ice cream resembles soft-serve, but it's freshly made and better than any soft serve that I've ever had. I cannot wait to go back and try a shake. My only regret is not visiting Sweet Zen sooner!”
