“We are so happy to have Rockwell Physicians as our family doctor, That are always wonderful to my children. I call and they fit us in everytime and they is super important to me when I have a sick kiddo. Yesterday my daughter told me her "ear hurt" and I called to have her seen, I thought it would be an ear infection but she had put a small piece of plastic in her ear. They worked with her so well to keep her as happy and calm as possible while getting it out. They tried with tweezer and she was just to wiggally so they did a water bath. They let her hold the bottle and squirt a little water from it a few time to help make her less afraid of it. The plastic pop right out, she got a final check by Dr Dodd along with a toy from the treasure chest and candy on her way out. Thanks for all you do for our family!”

“I was blown away by the hospitality of this young man on a busy Friday night. We ordered a variety of items for our family of three. They gave us our drinks at the window and had us pull ahead to wait. They asked us beforehand about any sauces, and we informed them which ones we wanted. After waiting a few short minutes, we received our food, naturally we check out bag for sauces and did not see them. Before I had any time to react, the same young man from the drive thru is at the window with our sauces. He made a separate trip just to bring us our sauces. The fact that he had remembered AND cared enough about the customer’s happiness to take a trip back inside in the rain to bring our sauces blows me away. What a wonderful employee. Hopefully he receives the recognition and opportunities he deserves.”
