“Awesome place. You can even get a same day walk in if necessary with educated and experience pas or practitioners. My only complaint is having to do a check up to refill my BP meds all the time. I think I'm aware of it's getting too low or getting higher. Seems like a way to get more money,idk. Some people are self pay. I get coming in some, but not everytime bp meds are needing refill. Even after just being there sometimes. Otherwise great .”

“I was able to get an appointment in a reasonable amount of time. They were very clear about what my insurance would cover and what my out of pocket cost would be. Everything was clean and on time. Dr. Ramsey was SUPERB and I thoroughly appreciated her exam process. She mentioned things no one ever has and I've had these eyes for over 30 years with the same issues! Her explanations were clear without being condescending or over simplified. I was in and out with everything I needed to order my own glasses (insurance does not cover frames or contacts). I will be back!”

“First I have to say I loveDr Hollis and the Nurses are great, very helpful and friendly. I cannot say that about the receptionists. It is extremely hard to get an appointment because they don't answer the phone. Why because their # out of service? fax disconnected? # busy on multiple occasions when trying to schedule, reception answers and places you on hold for over 20 min. When I finally got thru they wanted my ins to fax the referral before they would allow me to make an appointment. My ins has faxed my documents to them multiple times, they say they have never received it. Ins stated the Fax log shows it was delivered. They said no faxed document no appointment, even though I told them I had a copy of the document. I am absolutely disappointed in them because the Dr is wonderful too bad the office staff are running away business. I agree with →Problem lay just below the surface and organizations reflect quality in the way they operate. Dr Hollis office seems to have poor quality at customer service because I think they leave the phone off the hook, when I visit the phone never rings.”

“I recently rented storage from this place to store items for my school events. I reserved online the day that I wanted to move in. The store manager Diwaylon was extremely helpful. He took myself and my staff member directly to our storage and event assisted in helping us move in. Since I purchased the rental space without ever seeing the location, I was a tad bit disappointed with my specific storage unit. HOWEVER, Diwaylon's great costumer service made me realize it wasn't a big deal. I am very big on how people treat costumers. It's because of his service, I will stay. THANK YOU”
